摘 要:为比较莲(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.)不同药用部位(莲子心、莲房、荷叶)对金黄色葡萄球菌、副溶血弧菌、肺炎克雷伯菌的抑菌作用效果,通过试管二倍稀释法测定各成分金黄色葡萄球菌、副溶血弧菌、肺炎克雷伯菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC);绘制光密度-时间曲线,检测药物对细菌生长期的影响,分析莲不同药用部位的抑菌作用效果。结果显示,莲子心提取物、莲房提取物、荷叶提取物对副溶血弧菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为15.625、62.5、500mg/mL;莲房提取物、荷叶提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC分别为15.625、62.5mg/mL;荷叶提取物对肺炎克雷伯菌的MIC为125mg/mL。莲子心提取物对副溶血弧菌的MBC为其MIC的4倍,莲房和荷叶提取物对3种供试菌的MBC基本上为其MIC的4~8倍。当浓度为1 MIC时,莲子心莲不同药用部位基本上能完全抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、副溶血弧菌、肺炎克雷伯菌的生长。结果表明,莲不同药用部位(莲子心、莲房、荷叶)对金黄色葡萄球菌、副溶血弧菌、肺炎克雷伯菌有一定的抑菌作用,但作用效果不同。In order to compare the bacteriological effects of nelumbinis plumula,nelumbinis receptaculum and nelumbinis folium,medicinal parts of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn on Staphylococcus aureus,Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Klebsiella pneumoniae,the minimal inhibitory concentration and the minimal bactericidal concentration for the three bacteria were respectively determined by the double dilution method.The optical density value-time curve was drawn to detect the effect of different medicinal parts on bacterial growth period.The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of nelumbinis plumula,receptaculum and folium against Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 15.625,62.5mg/mL and 500mg/mL respectively;the MIC of nelumbinis receptaculum and folium against Staphylococcus aureus was 15.625mg/mL and 62.5mg/mL respectively.The MIC of nelumbinis folium against Klebsiella pneumoniae was 125mg/mL.The MBC of nelumbinis plumula for Vibrio parahaemolyticus was at 4 MIC.And the MBC of nelumbinis receptaculum and nelumbinis folium for the three strains was basically between 4 MIC and 8 MIC.When at 1 MIC concentration,the growth of the three strains could be completely inhibited in different medicinal parts of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.The results indicate that different medicinal parts of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn(nelumbinis plumula,receptaculum and folium)have certain antibacterial effects on Staphylococcus aureus,Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Klebsiella pneumoniae,but their effects are different.
