摘　　要：本文针对催化剂管线反复磨穿原因进行分析;阐述催化剂泄漏带来的危害;讲述原有工艺现场应用存在的缺点以及新型处理方法存在的优点;论证新型处理方法抗磨原理及具体实施;分析新型处理方法应用带来的实际利益。the paper analyzes the reason of repeated wear and tear of catalyst pipeline;The hazards caused by catalyst leakage are described.Describe the shortcomings of the original process field application and the advantages of the new treatment method. The principle and implementation of new treatment method are demonstrated.analyze the practical benefits of the application of new treatment methods.
