摘 要:本文以经坊煤业1307综采工作面为工程背景,针对工作面遇顶部夹矸易发生片帮冒顶的问题,通过现场观测总结及数值模拟研究的方式,对工作面冒顶的机理进行了分析研究,研究表明:对综采工作面进行预注浆能有效降低大采高工作面因构造引起的片帮冒顶事故;在顶板发生冒顶的过程中,煤壁的强度是关键的影响因素,决定了工作面能否对顶板形成有效的支护,应重点加强煤体强度;通过在工作面两顺槽进行预注浆可以有效减少冒顶事故的发生,工作面预注浆应选择在工作面前方20-55m的范围内。in this paper through the lanes and the engineering background of 1307 fully mechanized coal face,on the top face of a thick prone to help the problem of roof caving,by means of field observation and numerical simulation research,analyzes the mechanism of working face roof caving of research,research has shown that for fully mechanized coal face pregrouting can effectively reduce the large mining height caused by tectonic slices for roof caving accident;In the process of roof caving,the strength of coal wall is the key influencing factor,which determines whether the working face can form effective support for roof.Through pre-grouting in the two grooves of the working face can effectively reduce the occurrence of roof collapse accidents,the pre-grouting of the working face should be selected in the range of 20-55 m in front of the working face.
