摘　　要：沿空巷道邻煤侧封闭施工对于防止瓦斯渗入,保证巷道安全具有重要的意义。目前封闭施工多采用喷射混凝土施工,喷厚8～12cm,施工效率低。聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维喷射混凝土渗透特性试验表明,当纤维掺量为0.2%～0.6%时,渗透率低于1×10^(-15)m^2,满足封闭施工要求。劈拉试验表明,PVA纤维可以有效提高喷射混凝土的抗拉强度,当纤维掺量为0.4%～0.6%时,封闭厚度4cm即可满足要求。东滩煤矿1309轨顺的PVA纤维喷射混凝土的现场施工表明,封闭施工速度可以提高至50m/班。Closed coal side closure construction along the empty roadway is of great significance for preventing gas infiltration and ensuring roadway safety.At present,the closed construction is mostly sprayed concrete construction,the spray thickness is 8~12cm,and the construction efficiency is low.The permeation characteristics test of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fiber shotcrete shows that when the fiber content is 0.2%~0.6%,the permeability is lower than 1×10-15m2,which meets the requirements of closed construction.The pull test shows that the PVA fiber can effectively improve the tensile strength of the shotcrete.When the fiber content is 0.4%~0.6%,the closed thickness of 4cm can meet the requirements.On-site construction of 1309 rail-oriented PVA fiber shotcrete in Dongtan Coal Mine shows that the closed construction speed can be increased to 50m/shift.
