摘  要:山西马堡煤业有限公司经国家安全部门鉴定属于高瓦斯矿井,矿井绝对斯涌出量高达58.17m3/min,瓦斯问题严重威胁着矿井的安全和生产的效率。所以瓦斯预抽工作显得尤为重要,要进行高效的预抽工作"有效半径测定"是必不可少的重要过程。本文利用数值模拟软件COMSOL对15号煤层进行模拟解析,通过软件运算得出有效的抽采半径并且进行了现场的实际施工检验,准确的测定了马堡矿15号煤层的抽采半径。为以后的生产提供了有力的基础数据。Shanxi Mabao Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.is a high gas mine appraised by the state security department.The absolute emission of the mine is as high as 58.17 m3/min.The gas problem seriously threatens the safety and production efficiency of the mine.Therefore,gas pre-drainage work is particularly important,to carry out efficient pre-drainage work"effective radius measurement"is an essential important process.In this paper,the numerical simulation software COMSOL is used to simulate and analyze No.15 coal seam.The effective extraction radius is obtained by software calculation and the actual construction test is carried out.The extraction radius of No.15 coal seam in Mabao Coal Mine is accurately measured.It provides strong basic data for future production.
