摘  要:在动态跟瞄系统中,获得大小适中、清晰稳定的目标图像是对目标进行跟踪、瞄准的前提条件。为使调焦系统能够在动态跟瞄系统中平滑、灵活、快速地进行调焦,系统采用凸轮调焦,应用MATLAB软件对凸轮曲线进行优化,使系统的MTF曲线在50 lp时数值全部大于0.6,像差基本达到平衡,成像图像清晰,可满足实际应用要求。通过伺服电机带动调焦凸轮的结构,使整体结构满足紧凑、轻量的要求,调节精度为±1.1μm。最终实现了对动态目标的跟踪、瞄准。In the dynamic tracking and sighting system, obtaining the target image with moderate size, clear and stable is the precondition of tracking and aiming the target. In order to realize smooth, flexible and fast effects in the dynamic tracking system, cam structure can be used. The MTF curve of the system reaches greater than 0.6 in the value of 50 lp by optimizing the cam curve by using MATLAB. Aberration is basically balanced and the imaging quality meets the practical application requirements. The structure with servo motor driving focus cam is compact and lightweight. The focusing precision of system can reach ±1.1 μm. Finally, the dynamic target tracking and aiming are realized.
