文学想象和族裔困境——论水仙花的《春香夫人及其他作品》

摘　　要：水仙花作品凸显了历史语境及其文化意识形态的反讽。在故事集中,水仙花塑造了一群具有冒险精神和精英主义意识的中产阶级跨国华商形象并以此构建出跨国主义的文学想象,但同时却又书写了华商家庭成员所遭遇种族主义与意识形态困局,否定了大同世界的可能性。这不仅暴露美国经济和政治构成的内在悖论,也体现了当时跨国体系不对等关系,反映了亚裔美国文学与文化生产的不充分性和脆弱性。The works of Sui Sin Far highlight the historical context and the irony of their cultural ideology,she shaped the image of a group of middle class transnational Chinese businessmen with the spirit of adventure and elitism,and constructed the literary imagination of transnationalism. But at the same time,Sui Sin Far also describes the racism and ideological dilemma encountered by Chinese businessmen,denied the possibility of a world of harmony. This not only exposed the inherent paradox of American economy and politics,but also reflected the unequal relationship of the transnational system at that time,and reflected the inadequacy and fragility of Asian-American literature and cultural production.
