摘　　要：基于医院智慧档案全生命周期安全管理的理念,分析梳理了当前医院智慧档案在产生、传输、存储及共享阶段的各种潜在风险,并针对各阶段的风险给予安全防护和应对策略,旨在将医院智慧档案的整个生命周期打造为一条安全可信的链条,在保护医院信息安全的同时,为患者提供安全、私密的就诊环境,为健康中国战略的实施提供安全、健康的发展空间。Based on the concept of whole life-cycle security management of hospital smart files, this article analyzed and sorted out various potential risks in the production, transmission, storage and sharing stages of hospital smart files, and provided security protection and countermeasures against the risks in each stage, aiming to make the whole life cycle of hospital smart files into a safe and credible chain, provide a safe and private medical environment while protecting hospital information security, and offer a safe and healthy development space for the implementation of healthy China strategy.
