徐景藩运用含厚朴药对治疗脾胃病经验  

Experience of XU Jing-fan in Applying TCM with Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex to Treatment of Spleen and Stomach Diseases

摘　　要：通过收集分析徐景藩教授的医案,并研读其脾胃病专著,发现徐景藩教授治疗脾胃病时,常运用厚朴配伍其他中药,常见配伍有厚朴配苍术、厚朴配枳实、厚朴配半夏、厚朴配黄连,分别治疗湿阻中焦证、气机郁结胃肠证、痰气交阻证、湿热郁结证,冀对临床运用厚朴有所裨益。Through collecting and analyzing Professor XU Jing-fan's medical records and reading his works about spleen and stomach diseases, it was found that during the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases, Professor XU usually used the compatibility of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex and other Chinese materia medica. The common compatibility pairs were Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex with Atractylodis Rhizoma, Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, Pinelliae Rhizoma, and Coptidis Rhizoma. They were used to treat the syndromes of damp blockage of middle-jiao, Qi stagnation in stomach and intestines, phlegm obstruction, and damp-heat accumulation and stagnation, respectively, in order to help clinical use of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex.
