摘　　要：目的全面了解上海市基层社区家庭病床服务与利用现状,为未来发展提供参考。方法对2017年上海市16个区241家基层社区家庭病床服务与利用现状进行问卷调查。结果 2017年上海市基层社区家庭病床建床率为4.85‰,平均每家社区有225位家床患者,平均每家社区配备药物481.05种,平均每家社区推广16.11个家庭病床服务项目。结论上海市家庭病床服务推广应用率较高,各区家庭病床建床率基本达到上海市《家庭病床服务规范》要求。其中,中心城区社区在家庭病床建床率、家床患者数量、药品配备数量、服务项目开展等方面均优于郊区,上海市家庭病床服务仍有进一步提升空间。Objective To comprehensively understand the status of family bed service and utilization in health service institutions in Shanghai,and provide reference for future development.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the status of family bed service and utilization in 241 community health service institutions in 16 districts of Shanghai in 2017.Results In 2017,the bed-building rate of family beds in Shanghai's communities reached 4.85‰;there were average 225 beds in each community;the average population of each community was 481.05;the average community promoted 16.11 family bed services.Conclusion The promotion and application rate of family bed services in Shanghai was relatively high.The bed-building rate of family beds in all districts basically met the requirements of Shanghai Family Bed Service Regulations.However,the community in the urban area was superior to the suburbs in terms of the bed rate of family beds,the number of patients in the bed,the number of drugs,and the development of service projects.There was still room for further promotion of family bed services in Shanghai.
