摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理模式在乳腺癌患者保留乳头改良根治术术后护理中的应用及对患者恢复状况的影响。方法选取在2015年4月～2017年7月至我院进行治疗的乳腺癌患者116例,随机分为研究组与对照组进行本次研究,对照组采用保留乳头改良根治术且术后采用常规护理方法,研究组采用保留乳头改良根治术且术后在常规护理方法的基础上联合心理护理模式。对两组患者护理后的SAS评分及SDS评分、生活质量及心理障碍消除情况进行对比。结果研究组患者的SAS评分及SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),心理障碍消除情况显著高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理模式与乳腺癌患者保留乳头改良根治术可消除乳腺癌患者治疗后的心理障碍,提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者的心理问题程度,应当在以后的临床护理中广泛应用。Objective To investigate the application of psychological nursing mode in postoperative nursing of patients with breast cancer with preserved nipple modified radical surgery and the impact on patients' recovery status. Methods A total of 116 patients with breast cancer who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to July 2017 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The control group was treated with preserved nipple modified radical surgery and routine nursing after surgery. The study group was treated with psychological nursing mode based on the treatment of preserved nipple modified radical surgery and routine nursing after surgery. The SAS scores and SDS scores, quality of life and psychological barriers after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS scores and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The elimination of psychological disorders was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the quality of life score in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing mode combined with preserved nipple modified radical surgery for breast cancer patients can eliminate the psychological barriers of breast cancer patients after treatment, improve their quality of life and reduce the degree of psychological problems of patients. It should be widely used in future clinical nursing.
