摘  要:目的探讨年龄相关性听力损失对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法取4周龄昆明小鼠14只,随机分为对照组和模型组,模型组小鼠每日腹腔注射150 mg/(kg·d)的D-半乳糖诱导年龄相关性听力损失(ARHL)模型,对照组腹腔注射同等剂量的生理盐水,持续2个月。分别于注射前及注射后1个月和2个月,检测小鼠听力的损害。听脑干反应(ABR)检测小鼠听觉功能,Morris水迷宫实验检测小鼠学习以及能力。结果造模2个月后模型组小鼠ABR阈值显著升高,并且与对照组相比,存在显著性差异(P<0.01),ARHL小鼠模型造模成功。ARHL小鼠潜伏期和上台前路程均显著长于对照组(P<0.05),并且在目标象限游泳时间和穿越平台次数也显著减少(P<0.05)。结论年龄相关性听力损失模型小鼠学习和记忆能力下降,记忆保持能力也有所下降。Objective To investigate the effect of age-related hearing loss on learning and memory ability in mice. Methods 14 Kunming mice of 4 weeks old were randomly divided into control group and model group. The mice in the model group were intraperitoneally injected with 150 mg/(kg·d)D-galactose to induce age-related hearing loss (ARHL) model. The control group was intraperitoneally injected with the same dose of normal saline for 2 months. The hearing impairment of the mice was tested before injection and at 1 month and 2 months after injection, respectively. The auditory brainstem response(ABR) was used to detect the auditory function of mice, and the Morris water maze test was used to detect the learning and ability of mice. Results After 2 months of modeling, the ABR threshold of the model group was significantly increased, and there was a significant difference between the model group and the control group(P< 0.01). The ARHL mouse model was successfully modeled. The latency and the pre-stationary path of ARHL mice were significantly longer than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the swimming time and the number of crossing platforms in the target quadrant were also significantly decreased in the ARHL mice(P<0.05). Conclusion The age-related hearing loss model mice have decreased learning, memory ability and memory retention.
