摘　　要：探讨降低精梳条重量不匀率的技术措施。分析了影响精梳条重量外不匀率和内不匀率的主要因素。提出了改善精梳条重量外不匀率和内不匀率的具体技术措施。认为:控制好落棉率的台差和眼差,定台、对号固定供应,实施大小卷搭配,消除棉卷黏连,提高工艺上机及梳理工艺质量的一致性,保持设备良好状态等,可稳定并降低精梳条重量不匀率。Technology measures to reduce the weight unevenness of combed sliver were discussed.The main factors that affected the inner and outer weight unevenness of combed sliver were analyzed.The detailed technology measures to improve the inner and outer weight unevenness were put forward.It is considered that the weight unevenness of combed sliver can be stabilized and reduced by taking the measures like well controlling waste percentage,supplying with specific equipment and specific type,implementing the match of larger and smaller lap,eliminating the adhesion between laps,improving the consistence of process running and carding processing quality,keeping better condition of equipment.
