剑杆织机断纬原因分析及解决方法

摘　　要：总结剑杆织机的断纬原因及解决方法。按照剑杆织机的断纬位置,包括储纬器处、纬纱导片处、织口内等,分析了断纬原因,介绍了排查过程,提出了相应的解决方法。认为:剑杆织机断纬的原因较多,技术人员和操作人员要多观察、细分析、勤思考、常沟通、多总结。快速及时地找到断纬原因并采取有效的技术措施,有利于提高产品质量和生产效率,降低生产成本。Reasons and solutions of broken weft in rapier loom were summarized.The reasons of weft broken were analyzed according to the weft broken positions in rapier loom including weft accumulator,weft guider position and cloth-fell.The checking process was introduced and the related solutions were put forward.It is considered that there are a lot of reasons for weft broken in rapier loom.Technical staff and operators should observe more,analyze more deeply,think more frequently,communicate more and summarize more.It is beneficial to improve product quality & production efficiency and reduce the production cost when the reasons of weft broken can be found rapidly and effective technology measures are used.
