摘 要:探讨棉纺精梳机锡林总齿数对精梳条及成纱质量的影响。以使用90°锯齿整体锡林为例,为获得最佳的锡林总齿数,设计了锡林总齿数级差基本相同的5种锡林,利用长绒棉进行纺纱试验。结果表明:锡林对棉卷中的短绒、棉结、杂质的排除率随着锡林总齿数的增加而增大,到达最大值后再减小;成纱的IPI值及毛羽指数随着锡林总齿数的增加而减小,到达最小值后再增大;具有明显的规律性。当棉卷定量66 g/m、前进给棉、给棉长度5.2 mm、落棉隔距10 mm、锡林总齿数37 180齿时,精梳条及成纱质量指标最佳。认为:适当增加精梳机锡林总齿数有益于精梳条及成纱质量的提高。Influences of cylinder total teeth number in cotton spinning comber on combed sliver and yarn quality were discussed.Using 90°sawtooth whole cylinder was taken as an example.In order to obtain the optimized cylinder total teeth number,five kinds of cylinder with basically the same differentials for the total teeth number in cylinder were designed.The long-staple cotton was used for spinning experimental.The test results showed that the removal rate of short fiber,neps and impurity in cotton lap was increased to maximum and then decreased as the increase of total teeth number in cylinder.The yarn IPI value and hairiness index were decreased to the minimum and then increase as the increase of cylinder total teeth number.There was obvious regularity.When the lap weight was 66 g/m,forward feeding was used,feeding length was 5.2 mm,the noil gauge was 10 mm and the cylinder total teeth number was 37 180,the combed sliver and yarn quality index were the optimized.It is considered that suitable increasing the cylinder total teeth number is beneficial to the improvement of combed sliver and yarn quality.
