摘 要:研究新型带式精梳小卷卷绕系统的原理与应用效果。分析了传统条并卷机卷绕系统存在的问题,提出了采用带式卷绕的方法,从工作原理、调节、张力控制等方面进行了阐述,应用于条并卷机后速度提高到200 m/min以上,生产效率提高1倍;小卷重量不匀率在0.5%以内,且表面及退绕面平整,条痕轻,层次清晰,均匀性好,无黏卷现象。认为:新型带式精梳小卷卷绕系统的应用效果优于传统条并卷机卷绕系统。Principle and application effect of new belt combing lap winding system were studied.Problems of traditional winding system in draw frame and lap machine combined were analyzed.Method of belt winding was proposed,which was explained from aspects of working principle,adjustment and tension control.Speed was increased above 200 m/min after belt winding system was applied in draw frame and lap machine combined.Production efficiency was doubled.Lap weight unevenness was less than 0.5%, surface and unwinding surface were flat,streaks were light,layers were clear,uniformity was bertter and there was no sticking phenomenon.It is considered that application effect of new belt combing lap winding system was superior to traditional draw frame and lap machine combined winding system.
