摘 要:探讨Dralon腈纶/粘胶/棉40/40/20 14.8 tex混纺纱的工艺优化措施。分析了Dralon腈纶的微观结构和染色后纤维指标的变化情况;严格控制原料的回潮率;细化原料预处理工作;合理优化各工序工艺参数;优选胶辊;控制好车间温湿度;最终有效改善了该品种的可纺性。认为:制定的一系列工艺优化措施能够有效提高混纺纱的生产效率,稳定成纱质量。Process optimization of Dralon Acrylic/Viscose/Cotton 40/40/20 14.8 tex blended yarn was discussed.Microstructure of Dralon acrylic fiber and change of fiber index after dyeing were analyzed.Moisture regain of raw materials was strictly controlled,pretreatment of raw materials was refined, process parameters in each process were rationally optimized,rubber-covered roll was optimized,temperature & humidity in workshop were better controlled.Finally,spinnability of the variety was effectively improved.It is considered that production efficiency of blended yarn is effectively improved by adopting a series of process optimization measures,the yarn quality is stabilized.
