摘 要:光纤光栅测量技术逐渐成为光纤通信和传感测量领域中最重要的器件之一。通过总结以往光纤传感器设计方法,设计了一种基于半工字型的光纤光栅位移计,该光纤光栅位移计通过试验台位移测试,测试到的位移拉伸曲线较为稳定,且误差满足精度要求,仅0.05 mm;通过位移计拉伸称重测试,所测量的称重误差也满足要求,拟合系数达到了0.997。可见,所设计的位移计具有精度高、高稳定性、多功能用途等特性,可为光纤光栅传感设备的发展提供一种新的设计思路。Fiber grating measurement technology has gradually become one of the most important devices in the field of fiber communication and sensing measurement.By summarizing the previous design methods of fiber optic sensor,a fiber optic grating displacement meter based on semi-i-type was designed.The fiber optic grating displacement meter passed the displacement test of the test bench,and the measured displacement stretch curve was relatively stable,and the error met the accuracy requirement,which was only 0.05 mm.By the tensile weighing test of the displacement meter,the weight error measured also meets the requirements,and the fitting coefficient reaches 0.997.It can be seen that the designed displacement meter has the characteristics of high precision,high stability and multi-function,which can provide a new design idea for the development of FBG sensing equipment.
