摘  要:以漂白液质量浓度、漂白时间、漂白温度以及浴比(V∶V)为单因素,以竹条白度增加值为指标,优化各单因素的水平,再据单因素试验结果采用三因素三水平响应面法对竹条漂白工艺条件进行优化,以期为竹条的工业化开发利用提供依据。单因素试验结果表明:随着漂白液质量浓度的增加,漂白效果也随之增加,但当其质量浓度大于8%时,漂白效果增加不明显;随着漂白时间的延长,漂白效果增加;随着漂白温度的升高,漂白效果增加,但当温度大于90℃时,漂白效果反而降低;只要漂白液完全浸润竹条,浴比对漂白效果影响不大;响应面法优化得到,竹条最优的漂白工艺条件为漂白液质量浓度8%,漂白时间90 min,漂白温度60℃,浴比25∶1(V∶V),其中对竹条白度增加值影响最重要的因素是漂白液质量浓度。For providing theoretical basis for the development and comprehensive utilization of the bamboo strip,bleaching concentration,bleaching time,bleaching temperature,and the bath ratio( V ∶ V ) as single factor,the response surface method of three factors and three levels was used to optimize the bamboo strip bleaching conditions based on the whiteness. Experiment results of single factor showed that the bleaching effects increased with the increase of bleaching concentration. When the concentration surpassed 8%,the bleaching effects fell slightly. The bleaching effects increased with the increase of bleaching time and bleaching temperature,but when the temperature surpassed 90 ℃,the bleaching effects decreased. The bath ratio had little effect on the bleaching effects,as long as the bamboo strip was soaked within the bleaching liquid. The response surface experiment showed that the best conditions for the bamboo strip bleaching effects were bleaching concentration 8%,bleaching time 90 min,bleaching temperature 60 ℃,and the bath ratio 25 ∶ 1( V ∶ V ). The most important factor affecting the whiteness was bleaching concentration.
