摘　　要：目的探讨转移抑制因子1(MTSS1)在宫颈鳞癌细胞中的表达,并分析MTSS1在该疾病发生发展中的作用。方法选择我院接受治疗的60例宫颈鳞癌患者作为研究对象,取手术切除的蜡块组织标本作为观察组,选择同期宫颈正常组织标本60例作为对照组。采用Real-time PCR法比较两组MTSS1 mRNA表达水平,免疫组织化学法比较两组MTSS1阳性蛋白表达。结果观察组MTSS1 mRNA表达的相对定量值高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组MTSS1阳性表达率为61.67%,高于对照组的18.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论宫颈鳞癌中MTSS1阳性表达升高,该基因可能在宫颈鳞癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of metastasis inhibitor1(MTSS1) in cervical squamous cell carcinoma(CSC) cells and to analyze the role of MTSS1 in the pathogenesis and development of the disease.Methods 60 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma treated in our hospital were selected as the research object, and the wax tissue specimens were taken as the observation group, and 60 cases of normal cervical tissue specimens were selected as the control group during the same period. Realtime PCR was used to compare the expression of MTSS1 in the two groups.Immunohistochemistry was used to compare the expression of MTSS1 in the two groups. Results The relative quantitative value of MTSS1 expression in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The positive expression rate of MTSS1 in the observation group was 61.67%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(18.33%), the difference has statistical significance, P< 0.05. Conclusion The expression of MTSS1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma is increased, which may play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
