药剂科在医院合理使用抗菌药物中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨医院合理使用抗菌药物中药剂科的影响作用。方法选择我院药剂科2018年7—12月开具的110份处方资料中的患者为研究对象,以患者的抗菌药物处方为分组参考,其中55例患者接受的是常规抗菌药物治疗,归为对照组,其余55例患者是经药剂科强化管理抗菌药物的基础上接受抗菌药物治疗,归为研究组,对比两组患者抗菌药物使用不合理的概率。结果研究组患者的抗菌药物使用不合理概率为7.27%,对照组患者的抗菌药物使用不合理概率为30.91%,比较两组数据,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.947,P <0.05)。结论药剂科强化管理抗菌药物,可以减少抗菌药物临床使用不合理的可能性,为患者临床治疗的安全性提供保障,以减少并发症,促进患者康复,临床应对此加强注重。Objective To explore the influence of the pharmacy in the rational use of antibiotics in hospitals.Methods The patients in the 110 prescription materials issued by the pharmacy department of our hospital from July 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients'antibiotic prescriptions were used as a group reference.Among them,55 patients received conventional antibiotic treatment.It was classified as the control group,and the remaining 55 patients were treated with antibiotics based on the intensive management of antibiotics in the pharmacy department.They were classified into the study group and compared the probability of unreasonable use of antibiotics in the two groups.Results The unreasonable probability of using antibiotics in the study group was 7.27%,and the unreasonable probability of using antibiotics in the control group was 30.91%.The data of the two groups were compared.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=9.947,P<0.05).Conclusion The pharmacy department strengthens the management of antibacterial drugs,which can reduce the possibility of unreasonable clinical use of antibacterial drugs,and provide guarantee for the safety of patients'clinical treatment,so as to reduce complications and promote rehabilitation of patients.
