摘 要:目的观察尿液干化学分析仪、尿沉渣分析仪及显微镜检测尿液红细胞的临床意义。方法回顾性总结我院2017年6月—2018年6月收治的1 000例行尿液红细胞检查患者的临床资料,所有患者均分别给予尿液干化学分析仪(A组)、尿沉渣分析仪(B组)以及显微镜检查(对照组),以显微镜检查结果为"金标准";比较三组检测结果。结果 A组诊断特异性、敏感性分别为89.0%、90.2%,B组分别为92.3%、87.2%,两组差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论尿液干化学分析仪与尿沉渣分析仪的检测效果较为相近,临床中应根据具体情况选择合适的检测方法以降低漏误诊率。Objective To observe the clinical significance of urine dry chemical analyzer,urine sediment analyzer and microscopic examination of urine red blood cells.Methods The clinical data of 1 000 patients who underwent urine red blood cell examination from June 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed.All patients were given urine dry chemical analyzer(group A)and urine sediment analyzer.(group B)and microscopic examination(control group),the results of microscopic examination were"gold standard";three groups of test results were compared.Results The diagnostic specificity and sensitivity of group A were 89.0%and 90.2%,respectively,and that of group B were 92.3%and 87.2%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The urine dry chemical analyzer and the urine sediment analyzer have similar detection effects.In the clinic,appropriate detection methods should be selected according to the specific conditions to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis.
