护理新理念在消毒供应中心管理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析护理新理念在消毒供应中心管理中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2018年1—5月护理新理念实施前的300个消毒供应中心医疗器械作对比组,再随机抽取2018年6—10月护理新理念实施后的300个消毒供应中心医疗器械作探究组。比较分析两组物品回收、清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌、发放的合格率情况。结果经组间比较显示探究组物品回收、清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌、发放合格率高于对比组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将护理新理念应用于消毒供应中心管理过程中,可有效提高消毒供应中心物品的管理合格率,保障其消毒质量与管理水平,促进医院消毒供应中心可持续性发展。Objective To study and analyze the application effect of new nursing concept in the management of disinfection supply center.Methods 300 medical instruments of disinfection supply centers before the implementation of the new nursing concept from January to May 2018 were randomly selected as the control group,and 300 medical instruments of disinfection supply centers after the implementation of the new nursing concept from June to October 2018 were randomly selected as the exploratory group.The eligibility rates of recycling,cleaning,disinfection,packaging,sterilization and distribution were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of recovery,cleaning,disinfection,packaging,sterilization and distribution in the inquiry group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the new nursing concept to the management of disinfection supply center can effectively improve the qualified rate of the management of disinfection supply center,ensure its disinfection quality and management level,and promote the sustainable development of hospital disinfection supply center.
