对无陪护新生儿家属实施微信健康宣教的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨通过微信平台对无陪护新生儿家属进行系统健康教育中的应用。方法将2017年1—12月在本院住院治疗的200例新生儿患者,随机分为两组,每组100例。对照组采用常规的健康宣教,观察组采用微信平台进行健康宣教,比较两组新生儿家属在健康教育达标率、护理满意度间的差异。结果观察组新生儿家属的健康教育达标率为98%、护理满意度为99%,优于对照组的健康教育达标率80%、护理满意度85%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论微信平台在无陪护新生儿家属进行健康教育中的应用效果显著,能够提高家属的照顾能力,提升护理满意度,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To explore the effect of WeChat system health education on the non dependant family members of newborns.Methods 200 newborns underwent hospitalization in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 100 cases in each.The relatives of the newborns in the control group received the conventional health education,and the relatives of the newborns in the observation group received the WeChat systematic health education.And the compliance rates of health education of the two groups werecompared,and the nursing satisfaction was evaluated.Results The compliance rate of health education,the nursing satisfaction ofthe relatives of the newborns in the observation group was 98%,99%,respectively,better than 80%,85%of the relatives of the newborns in the control group,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The WeChat health education of the family members of the newborn can effectively improve the ability of the family members to take care of the newborns.It is of great significance to promote the health of the newborn,reduce the pain and the burden of the family members,and it is of great significance to carry out clinical application.
