综合护理在急诊纤维支气管镜气道灌洗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究急诊重症监护室(EICU)重症患者纤维支气管镜气道灌洗治疗中应用综合护理的效果。方法 2015年7月—2018年4月选取68例接受纤维支气管镜气道灌洗治疗的EICU重症患者,并按照抽签的方式分为两组,并对比两组患者呼吸机使用时间、拔管时间与住院天数及并发症发生率。结果实验组患者呼吸机使用时间、拔管时间与住院天数比对照组短(P <0.05);实验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 EICU重症患者纤维支气管镜气道灌洗治疗中应用综合护理的效果显著,可缩短患者呼吸机使用时间,减少住院时间与拔管时间,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of severe patients with bronchoscopic airway lavage in emergency intensive care unit(EICU).Methods 68 EICU patients who received bronchoscopic airway lavage were selected from July 2015 to April 2018 in our hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the way of drawing lots.The ventilator use time,extubation time,hospitalization days and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of ventilator use,extubation time and hospitalization days in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing in bronchoscopic airway lavage treatment of EICU severe patients is remarkable.It can shorten the use time of ventilator,reduce hospitalization time and extubation time,and reduce the incidence of complications.
