摘　　要：目的分析对医院陪护人员推行公司化管理提高专职陪护人员职业素质的方法。方法将我院2016年4月—2018年4月的200名陪护人员作为研究对象,按电脑随机分为对照组和试验组,各100名,对照组是未加入陪护公司管理的陪护人员,试验组是加入陪护公司管理的专职陪护人员,对比两组陪护效果。结果在不良事件发生率、护理差错发生率及意外事件发生率方面,试验组均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。试验组人员护理满意度为98%,对照组人员护理满意度为85%,试验组人员护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论专职陪护人员纳入公司管理在提升职业素质之后,患者陪护质量提升,陪护期间安全意外事件发生率降低,可为患者提供优质的护理服务。Objective To analyze the methods to improve the professional quality of full-time hospital escorts by implementing corporate management.Methods 200 escorts in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,100 in each group.The control group was a full-time escort who did not join the management of the escort company,and the experimental group was a full-time escort who joined the management of the escort company.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse events,nursing errors and accidents in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 98%,and that of the control group was 85%.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Full-time escort staff can improve the quality of patients'escort and reduce the incidence of safety incidents during escort.It can provide high-quality nursing services for patients.
