摘　　要：目的探讨有创颅内压监测技术在重型颅脑损伤患者预后评估中的应用价值。方法选择2016年4月—2018年4月我院收治的60例重型颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组各30例。两组均接受去骨瓣减压术或合并血肿清除手术,术中及术后对照组常规进行相关生命指标监测,研究组则在此基础上采用有创颅内压监测技术持续监测颅内压。观察两组术后并发症发生情况,并评估两组患者预后情况。结果研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组预后良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论有创颅内压监测技术在重型颅脑损伤患者中应用效果显著,可有效减少术后并发症,利于改善预后。Objective To investigate the value of invasive intracranial pressure monitoring in the evaluation of prognosis in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups, 30 in each group. Both groups underwent decompressive craniectomy or hematoma evacuation. The intraoperative and postoperative controls were routinely monitored for vitality. The study group continued to monitor intracranial pressure using invasive intracranial pressure monitoring. The postoperative complications of the two groups were observed and the prognosis of the two groups was evaluated. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The prognosis of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Invasive intracranial pressure monitoring technology is effective in patients with severe craniocerebral injury, which can effectively reduce postoperative complications and improve prognosis.
