摘　　要：目的探讨冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合左西孟旦在急性心力衰竭治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2018年6月我院200例急性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,根据不同的给药方案将受试者分为对照组和研究组,每组100例,对照组患者仅接受左西孟旦治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后各观察指标变化。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05),治疗后两组患者的UA、BNP水平较治疗前均显著降低,LVEF及6 min步行距离较治疗前显著升高,且研究组改善程度显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合左西孟旦可有效改善患者的心功能,疗效安全显著,在急性心力衰竭治疗中具有较高的应用意义。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with Levosimendan on patients with AHF. Methods 200 patients with AHF in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2018 were selected as subjects and divided into control group and research group by different dosage regimen, 100 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated with Levosimendan. The patients in research group were treated with lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with the therapy of control groups’. The clinical effects and changes of observation indexes in two groups were compared before and after therapy. Results The total effective rate of research group was obviously better than control group’s(P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of UA, BNP in two groups were reduced than before, the LVEF and 6-min walking test were improved,and the changes of research group were better than control groups’(P< 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with levosimendan could improve the cardiac function of patients with significant safety and efficacy, it has good application in the treatment of AHF.
