荧光素钠眼底造影不良反应的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的研究荧光素钠眼底造影的有效护理方法对预防不良反应的干预作用。方法以2017年9月-11月本院接诊的荧光素钠眼底造影检查病患2256例为研究对象,按照奇偶数字分组法将之随机分成实验和对照两组,每组1128例。实验组实行针对性护理,对照组实行常规护理。分析两组不良反应的发生情况,比较护理满意度等指标。结果实验组的不良反应发生率为2.66%,明显比对照组的10.02%低,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。实验组的护理满意度为98.14%,明显比对照组的89.98%高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论于患者接受荧光素钠眼底造影检查的过程当中,积极采用针对性护理措施对其进行干预,可显著降低不良反应发生率,提高临床护理质量,建议采纳和使用。Objective To study the intervention effect of effective nursing methods of fluorescein sodium fundus angiograPhy on Prevention of adverse reactions. Methods 2256 cases of Patients were examined by fluorescein sodium fundus angiograPhy in -11 month in SePtember 2017. According to the odd and even number grouPing method, the Patients were randomly divided into two grouPs of exPerimental and control grouPs, 1128 cases in each grouP. The exPerimental grouP adoPted targeted nursing, while the control grouP received routine nursing. The incidence of adverse reactions in two grouPs was analyzed, and nursing satisfaction indicators were comPared. Results the incidence of adverse reactions in the exPerimental grouP was 2.66%, significantly lower than that in the control grouP (10.02%), and the difference between the two grouPs was significant (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the exPerimental grouP was 98.14%, which was significantly higher than that of the control grouP (89.98%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion in the Process of fluorescein sodium fundus examination, the Patients are actively intervened with targeted nursing measures, which can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, imProve the quality of clinical nursing, and recommend the adoPtion and use of them.
