棉布在纸塑手术器械防湿包的应用

摘　　要：目的观察应用棉布在纸塑包装手术器械中降低湿包发生率的作用。方法将1200件进行压力蒸汽灭菌的纸塑包装手术器械随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规方法装载、压力蒸汽灭菌;观察组则将纸塑器械包装袋上、下均覆盖一层棉布,压力蒸汽灭菌,观察两组湿包情况。结果对照组发生湿包43件,观察组湿包发生1件,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论棉布类的应用可有效降低压力蒸汽灭菌后纸塑包装手术器械的湿包发生率,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the role of cotton cloth in reducing the incidence of wet bag for PaPer and Plastic Packaged surgical instruments. Methods A total of 1200 Pieces of PaPer and Plastic Packaged instruments were randomly divided into the observation grouP and the control grouP. The control grouP had conventional method loading and Pressure steam sterilization. The observation grouP had a Piece of cotton cloth on toP of and another Piece on the bottom of the PaPer and Plastic Package, and accePted the Pressure steam sterilization. The incidence of wet bags was observed in the two grouPs. Results There were 43 wet bags in the control grouP and 1 wet bags in the observation grouP. The difference between the two grouPs was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The aPPlication of cotton cloth can effectively reduce the incidence of wet bags for PaPer and Plastic Packaged surgical instruments accePting Pressure steam sterilization, thereby is worthy of PoPularization and aPPlication.
