屈螺酮炔雌醇片口服对稽留流产患者清宫术后子宫内膜修复作用的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨稽留流产患者清宫术后采用屈螺酮炔雌醇片口服对子宫内膜修复作用的效果。方法选取我院2016年1月～2018年1月收治的70例稽留流产患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各35例。对照组患者采用一般治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用屈螺酮炔雌醇片口服治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者术后的出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的阴道流血时间、腹痛持续时间、月经复潮时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的盆腔炎症发生率为2.86%,低于对照组的17.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的月经紊乱发生率为0.00%,低于对照组的14.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稽留流产术后患者口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片有利于促进子宫内膜修复、机体性激素调节,值得推广。Objective To discuss the effect of Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in the postoperative endometrial repair for missed abortion patients who underwent the curettage. Methods A total of 70 missed abortion patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with general treatment,while the observation group was treated with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the amount of postoperative bleeding between the two groups after operation (P>0.05). The vaginal bleeding time,duration of abdominal pain and menstruation recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence rate of pelvic inflammatory disease in the observation group was 2.86%,which was lower than 17.14% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence rate of menstrual disorders in the observation group was 0.00%,which was lower than that in the control group (14.29%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The oral medication of Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets can promote the endometrial repair and adjust the sex hormone,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
