摘　　要：以明清时期清水江文书中的政治契约类文书为主要材料,并与英国大宪章进行比较,分析了明清苗疆政治契约之缔结、重构、类型、根源、精神与启示。With the political contract documents in Qingshuijiang documents in the Ming and Qing Dynasties taken as the main materials, and compared with the British Great Charter, the paper analyzes the conclusion, reconstruction, type, roots, spirit and enlightenment of the Miao border area political contract in the Ming and Qing Dynasty.
