摘  要:随着油田开发程度的日益加深,中低液量的油井所占的比例越来越多。为了满足油田开发工程中低液量油井的生产需要,设计了通过卷扬机来实现控制抽油机行程的双驱动长冲程抽油机,冲程最大可达50m,1台抽油机可以同时满足2口油井的采油需求,变化的幅度大,适应油井的工况能力强。同时,解决了抽油机的平衡问题,使得抽油机的运行更加平稳。附加采用以变频调速技术为基础的抽油机运行柔性控制技术,改善抽油机的运动特性以及机械效率,取得良好的节能效果,可实现油井的智慧化采油。With the deepening of oilfield development, the proportion of oil wells of medium and low liquid volume is increasing. In order to meet the production needs of low-liquid oil wells in oilfield development projects, a double-drive and long-stroke pumping unit that controls the stroke of the pumping unit through a winch is designed. Its stroke can be up to 50m, and can easily meet the oil demand of two oil wells at the same time. It has the advantage of large amplitude and has strong adaptability to changes of oil well conditions. Also, the balance problem of the pumping unit is solved, which makes the operation of the pumping unit more stable. The additional flexible control technology of the pumping unit based on the variable frequency speed control technology is adopted to improve the kinematics and mechanical efficiency of the pumping unit. Results show that good energy-saving effect can be achieved, and the intelligent oil production of oil wells can be realized.
