摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水(体积比70∶30)为流动相,使用Eclipse XDB-C_(18)液相色谱柱和DAD检测器,对土壤吸附/解吸试验中莠去津进行分离和定量分析。当添加质量分数为0.5~5.0 mg/kg时,莠去津在土壤中的回收率为92.2%~109.0%,相对标准偏差为0.04%~3.79%,莠去津在土壤中最低检测浓度为8.4×10^(-3)mg/L。该方法简单可行、准确度高,适用于土壤吸附/解吸试验中莠去津的测定。A method for separation and quantitative analysis of atrazine in adsorption-desorption study was established by HPLC, using acetonitrile and water (volume ratio of 70:30) as mobile phase, on Eclipse XDB-C18 column and DAD at 210 nm wavelength. At the addition level of 0.5-5.0 mg/kg, the average recoveries were 92.2%-109.0%, the relative standard deviations were 0.04%-3.79%, the limit of quantification of atrazine in soil was 8.4×10^-3 mg/L. The method was simple, accurate, and was suitable for determination of the atrazine content in adsorption-desorption study.
