摘　　要：我国是水禽养殖大国,传统的养殖方式严重威胁到生态环境和人类健康,水禽养殖的水域条件已成为不少地方发展水禽的主要制约因素之一,迫使水禽生产从水面转移到地面或养殖舍内。综述了水禽旱养模式下禽舍建设、饲养管理、营养调控、疾病防控等方面的内容,并概括了旱养模式下水禽的生产性能和经济效益,为水禽研究者和养殖者提供了全面的信息参考。A large number of waterfowl are cultivated in China by traditional feed models, which seriously threatened the ecological environment and human health. Water area had become one of the main restricting factors, which forces waterfowl were feed without water, just on ground or net bed. By summarizing the construction, management, nutrition regulation and prevention and control of poultry houses under waterfowl,generalizing the production performance and economic benefit of the water fowl, this review provided a comprehensive information reference for the waterfowl researcher and farmers.
