饮食管理在儿童过敏性紫癜临床治疗中的意义

摘　　要：目的分析饮食管理在儿童过敏性紫癜中的治疗效果及防治作用。方法选取2017年1月～2018年8月79例医院收治的儿童过敏性紫癜患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采取常规管理模式,观察组则在对照组的基础上加入饮食管理。观察两组患儿症状消失时间的差异,随访3个月观察两组患儿复发情况,同时观察两组家长对临床治疗的满意度。结果观察组各症状消失时间均明显短于对照组(P <0.05);观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组家长对治疗的满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论饮食管理在儿童过敏性紫癜临床治疗中具有较好的应用效果,同时能够降低疾病复发率,值得在基层中推广使用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and prevention effect of dietary management in children with anaphylactoid purpura. Methods 79 children with anaphylactoid purpura who admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group adopted the regular management mode, while the observation group added dietary management on the basis of the control group. The difference of symptom disappearance time between the two groups was observed. The patients were followed up for 3 months to observe the recurrence of the two groups, and the parents’ satisfaction with the clinical treatment was also observed. Results The disappearance time of each symptom in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.05). Parents in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with the treatment than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Dietary management is effective in the clinical treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in children, which can reduce the recurrence rate of diseases.
