难治性产后出血的止血治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的比较改良B-Lynch缝合与卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗难治性产后出血的疗效。方法选取2015年1月～2018年5月于我院接受治疗的52例难治性产后出血患者为主要研究对象,随机分组,每组26例。对照组和观察组除常规用缩宫素、益母草注射液、钙剂、按摩子宫外,对照组采用卡前列素氨丁三醇止血,观察组采用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合改良B-Lynch缝合止血,对两组的止血效果进行对比。结果观察组的止血有效率为96.16%,明显高于对照组的76.92%(P <0.05);观察组患者的止血时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量、输血量、术后24h出血量明显少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在难治性产后出血的临床治疗上,采用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合改良B-Lynch缝合止血可获得更为理想的止血效果,且并发症发生率低,值得推广应用。Objective To compare the effect of modified B-Lynch suture and carprostatin aminobutanol in the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Fifty-two patients with refractory postpartum hemorrhage who received treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with carprostatin aminobutanol to hemostasis,while the observation group was treated with carprostatin aminobutanol combined with modified B-Lynch suture to hemostasis.The hemostatic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was 96.16%,significantly higher than that in the control group(76.92%)(P<0.05).The hemostasis time and hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group;the amount of blood loss during operation,the amount of blood transfusion and the amount of bleeding at 24 hours after operation in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage,carprostatin aminobutanol combined with modified B-Lynch suture can obtain more ideal hemostatic effect,and the incidence of complications is low,which is worth popularizing.
