低钾血症患者的内科急诊护理体会

摘　　要：目的研究低钾血症患者的内科急诊护理效果。方法根据不同的护理方法将2017年3月～2018年3月期间本院收治的46例低钾血症患者分为对照组和观察组,各23例。对照组、观察组分别采取常规护理、综合性内科急诊护理。将两组低钾血症患者的焦虑情绪、健康知识知晓率、血钾浓度、急诊护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组低钾血症患者干预后的焦虑评分低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组干预后的健康知识知晓率、血钾浓度、急诊护理满意度均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对低钾血症患者实施内科急诊护理的效果令人满意,患者的焦虑情绪、健康知识知晓率以及血钾浓度均得到了较好地改善。Objective To study the experience of nursing care in medical emergency for patients with hypokalemia.Methods Forty-six patients with hypokalemia admitted to our hospital during March 2017 to March 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to the ways of nursing,with 23 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing care,while the observation group got comprehensive emergency medical care.The two groups of patients with hypokalemia were compared in anxiety,health knowledge awareness,serum potassium concentration,and emergency care satisfaction. Results The anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05);the awareness rate of health knowledge,serum potassium concentration and emergency nursing satisfaction in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of emergency medical nursing for patients with hypokalemia is satisfactory,and helps to improve patients’ anxiety,awareness of health knowledge and serum potassium concentration.
