摘  要:为解决射线源设计中固定标准件需经常用,但又缺乏相应的标准件库,需针对不同尺寸的模型反复建模,导致设计效率降低的问题。现以射线源中的金属陶瓷管固定块为例,使用Cero软件的族表功能,建立了Cero环境下固定块标准件库。该方法简单实用,可对库内文件进行有效的管理和配置,对于提高固定块、乃至整个射线源的设计水平和设计效率都具有良好的效果。Fixed blocks need to be used often in radiation source design,but the design efficiency is low because of the lack of corresponding standard parts library,and as a result,model of different sizes must be rebuilt again and again. In order to solve this problem,a standard parts library of the ceramic-metal tube is established in the environment of Cero as an example by using the family table function of the software. This method is simple and practical and it can make the files management and configuration of the database effective. Furthermore,it has a good effect on the design level and design efficiency for the fixed block and the whole radiation source.
