摘  要:针对卫星单机测试繁琐、测试结果相对独立的弊端,设计一种卫星供配电测试系统。主要对系统控制器、信号调理模块、智能负载匹配模块和供电接地模块的硬件电路进行了详细分析,对测试序列自动执行和数据终端监视的软件功能进行了阐述,并给出硬件结构和软件流程。经过软件测试和实际应用,该卫星供配电测试系统能够减少人员占有率、提高测试效率和增加产品测试可靠性,具有较高的实用价值。A satellite power supply and distribution test system is designed to overcome the disadvantages of cumbersome single satellite testing and relatively independent test results. The hardware circuits of the system controller, signal conditioning module, intelligent load matching module, and power supply grounding module are analyzed in detail. The software functions of automatic execution of test sequence and data terminal monitoring are described, and the hardware structure and software flow are given. After software testing and practical application, the satellite power supply and distribution test system can reduce the occupancy rate of personnel,improve the test efficiency, and increase the reliability of product testing, and has high practical value.
