摘  要:在测井仪器的制造和维修过程中,调试台架可以提高检测、故障诊断的科学性和工作效率。为了保证被测试单元处于安全的供电环境中,调试台架需要对低压电源的输出进行监测和控制。基于ARM7+μClinux的嵌入式架构,设计了低压电源管理模块;采用了FPGA+STM32单片机的分布式采集控制系统,实现了对各电源的电压和电流的采集以及同时输出的通断控制;上位机软件通过超压、限流设置,实时显示电压和电流等策略,实现了供电模块的安全监控。将该系统应用到调试台架中,对仪器的不同单元进行调试,能够满足安全调试的需求。In the manufacture and maintenance process of well logging tools, the test-bench can improve the scientific and working efficiency of detection and fault diagnosis. In order to ensure the tested unit in a safe power supply environment, the test-bench needs to monitor and control the output of the low voltage power supply. Based on ARM7 and μClinux embedded architecture, the low-voltage power management module is designed. The distributed acquisition control system based on FPGA and STM32 MCU is adopted which realizes the voltage and current acquisition of each power supply and the on-off control of simultaneous output. The upper-computer software realizes the security monitoring of power supply module by setting voltage and current limits and real-time displaying voltage and current values. This system can provide a secure debugging environment for logging tools testing.
