摘 要:以导架爬升式升降工作平台整机结构为研究对象,通过对升降工作平台的工作能力及失效形式的分析,提出升降工作平台工作能力评判条件,确定刚度为主要考虑因素。运用类比设计的方法,增大对结构刚度影响较大的杆件截面尺寸及厚度,设计出一种18 m大跨度升降工作平台,并运用理论计算对其组成结构进行校核,同时利用ANSYS软件对整机结构进行静力学分析。结果表明,各组成结构及整机均满足要求,且整机结构最大变形量分别为34.629 mm,36.698 mm,35.143 mm和37.826 mm,变形量与许用变形量接近,避免了材料浪费,为进一步各组成结构的静力学分析打下基础。Taking the whole structure of the climbing frame of the guide frame as the research object, the evaluation conditions of the working ability of the lifting work platform were proposed by analyzing the working ability and failure form of the lifting work platform, and the stiffness is the main consideration. Using the analog design method, the cross-section size and thickness of the rod with great influence on the structural rigidity were increased, and a 18 m large-span lifting working platform was designed. The theoretical structure was used to check the composition of the rod, and the ANSYS software was used. The whole machine structure was subjected to static analysis. The results show that the components and the whole machine meet the requirements, and the maximum deformation of the whole structure is 34.629 mm, 36.698 mm, 35.143 mm, 37.826 mm, and the deformation is close to the allowable deformation, avoiding material waste, laying a foundation for further static analysis of each component of the structure.
