摘 要:目的以大鼠为实验对象,研究(1,3)-β-D葡聚糖水平同抗菌药物治疗白色念珠菌病疗效间的关系。方法选取Wistar大鼠共计90只,将大鼠随机分为治疗组、模型组及对照组,每组各30只。对模型组及治疗组大鼠进行白色念珠菌造模。治疗组在造模成功后静注氟康唑治疗。观察各组大鼠不同时间的体内真菌数量及血浆(1,3)-β-D葡聚糖水平变化情况。结果治疗组念珠菌菌数及血浆(1,3)-β-D葡聚糖水平在用药前、用药后1、3及7d均逐渐降低,且与模型组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组和模型组念珠菌菌数同血浆(1,3)-β-D葡聚糖水平在用药前、用药后1、3及7d存在线性相关的关系(P<0.05)。结论 (1,3)-β-D葡聚糖水平可以反映白色念珠菌病的感染程度,同时可以对抗菌药物的疗效做出评价。Objective To study the relationship between the level of (1,3)-β-D glucan and the efficacy of antibacterials in the treatment of candidiasis albicans by using rats as experimental subjects. Methods 90 Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into treatment group, model group and control group, each group had 30 rats .Rats in model group and treatment group were made candida albicans models. The treatment group received fluconazole intravenously after successful modeling. The changes of fungi quantity and plasma (1,3)-β-D glucan levels at different time in rats of each group were observed. Results Candida count and plasma (1,3)-β-D glucan levels in the treatment group decreased gradually before medication and 1, 3 and 7 days after medication, and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the model group (P<0.05). There was a linear correlation between the candida count and plasma (1,3)-β-D glucan levels in treatment group and model group before medication and 1, 3 and 7 days after medication(P<0.05). Conclusion (1,3)-β-D glucan level can reflect the infection degree of candidiasis albicans and evaluate the efficacy of antibacterials.
