兰州大学第二医院初级创伤救治培训方法探索及效果分析

摘　　要：目的通过对我院周边下级医院急救及麻醉医师的初级创伤救治(PTC)培训,观察首次培训前后及两年后再培训效果,探索更好的培训方法,使创伤救治得到更好的实施。方法 PTC培训从理论授课、技能操作和模拟现场演练三个方面进行培训,观察首次培训前后及两年后再培训成绩,用统计学方法进行对比分析。结果首次培训后成绩与培训前对比有明显的提高(P <0.05)。两年后对PTC能力再次测试,发现诊治水平较两年前培训后有明显下降(P <0.05),但是总体水平还是高于两年前未培训时(P <0.05)。结论 PTC培训后学员的总体成绩有明显的提高。PTC综合成绩在首次培训后两年出现下降的事实告诉我们,PTC培训要定期循环进行,即就是做到定期循环培训法,这样才不会使部分医生对专业知识产生生疏和遗忘。Objective To observe the effect of training before and after the first training and after two years through the primary trauma care (PTC) training for the first-aid and anesthesiologists in the peripheral hospitals of our hospital,and to explore better training methods so as to better implement trauma treatment. Methods PTC training was conducted from three aspects:theoretical teaching,skill operation and simulated field exercise.The training results before and after the first training and before and after the second training were observed,then the training effects were compared and analyzed by statistical methods. Results The results after the first training were significantly improved compared with those before the training (P<0.05).Two years later,PTC ability was tested again,and it was found that the level of diagnosis and treatment abilities were significantly lower than those after the training two years ago (P<0.05),but the overall level was still higher than that before the training two years ago (P<0.05). Conclusion After PTC training,the overall performance of students has been significantly improved.The fact that PTC comprehensive score drops after two years since first training tells us that PTC training should be carried out in a regular cycle so as not to make some doctors unfamiliar with and forget professional knowledge.
