汉化版Munro成人手术室压疮风险评估表在全身麻醉手术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析全身麻醉手术中汉化版Munro成人手术室压疮风险评估表的应用效果。方法 2013年1月～2017年9月,在我院行全身麻醉手术的患者中选取522例,均采用自制量表、Braden量表与汉化版Munro成人手术室压疮风险评估表对其行压疮风险评估,对各量表评估的阴性预测值、阳性预测值、特异度以及灵敏度进行计算。结果 522例患者中,有70例患者出现急性压疮,构成比为13.4%,Ⅱ期压疮患者共有2例,Ⅰ期压疮患者共有520例;自制量表以及Braden量表术前具有较低特异度、较高灵敏度,汉化版Munro成人手术室压疮风险评估表术前具有较高特异度,较低敏感度;汉化版Munro成人手术室压疮风险评估表在术前以及术后的特异度与灵敏度处于较为均衡的状态,整体上要优于自制量表与Braden量表。结论全身麻醉手术中汉化版Munro成人手术室压疮风险评估表的应用效果理想,可推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Chinese version Munro pressure ulcer risk assessment table for adult operating room in general anesthesia surgery. Methods 522 patients who underwent general anesthesia surgery in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2017 were assessed with self-made scale,Braden scale and Munro adult operating room pressure ulcer risk assessment scale.The negative predictive value,positive predictive value,specificity and sensitivity of each scale were calculated. Results Among the 522 patients,70 patients had acute pressure ulcer (13.4%);There were 2 patients with stage Ⅱ pressure ulcer and 520 patients with stage Ⅰ pressure ulcer.The Chinese version Munro pressure ulcer risk assessment tablefor adult operating room was in a more balanced state of specificity and sensitivity before and after surgery,and was superior to the self-made scale and Braden scale as a whole. Conclusion The Chinese version Munro pressure ulcer risk assessment table for adult operating room in general anesthesia surgery is effective and can be popularized.
