福多司坦对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者小气道功能及气道炎症状态的影响观察

摘　　要：目的观察福多司坦对慢阻肺患者小气道功能及气道炎症状态的影响。方法选取2017年2月～2018年1月的66例慢阻肺患者为研究对象,所有患者随机均分为两组(对照组和观察组)。对照组进行常规慢阻肺治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用福多司坦。比较两组患者治疗前后的小气道功能及气道炎症状态(痰液炎性细胞因子)。结果治疗前两组的小气道功能及痰液炎性细胞因子比较,两组间的差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组的小气道功能及痰液炎性细胞因子明显改善,且优于对照组,两组间的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论福多司坦对慢阻肺患者小气道功能及气道炎症状态有较好的改善作用,在慢阻肺患者中具有较高的应用价值。Objective To observe the influence of fudosteine for the small airway function and airway inflammation state of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 66 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from February 2017 to January 2018 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with regular treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,while the observation group was further treated with fudosteine. The small airway function and airway inflammation state (sputum inflammatory cytokines)of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results The small airway function and sputum inflammatory cytokines of the two groups before the treatment were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the small airway function and inflammatory cytokines in sputum of the observation group were significantly improved,and were better than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Fudostene has a good effect on improving small airway function and airway inflammation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which has a high application value.
