摘 要:【目的】通过抗旱性相关指标测定及比较,对引进棉花种质抗旱性做出评价,并初步筛选相关分子标记。【方法】以引进的7份棉花种质为研究对象,在苗期进行相应的干旱处理,测定SOD、POD、CAT活性分析、MDA含量、超氧阴离子含量、可溶性蛋白含量、APX等指标,评价引进种质的抗旱性强弱,并进行验证。【结果】引进的几份种质中,种质引4、引20、引23是耐旱性较强的,种质引22稍弱,其它种质属于干旱敏感性种质,盆栽抗旱性验证结果与生理生化指标测定分析结果具有一致性,同时初步筛选得到一个与抗旱性相关的标记,有待进一步进行验证。【结论】种质资源抗旱性的评价将为进一步利用种质进行育种提供依据,分子标记的筛选将为辅助育种提供方法。【Objective】In order to compare the drought resistance and screen the molecular marker related to drought resistance of cotton from Uzbekistan,some indexs of drought resistance were detected.【Method】In this study, 7 cotton germplasm resources were treated with drought in seeding stage, the SOD, POD,CAT, APX activity and content of MDA, super-oxide anion and soluble protein were detected, and these indexes were used to compar the drought resistance ability. The result was tested by planting experiment method.【Result】The drought resistance of‘YIN 2’,‘YIN 20’,‘YIN 23’was strong among 7 germplasm resources, and ‘YIN 22’was less than ‘YIN 2’,‘YIN 20’,‘YIN 23’, other germplasm resources belonged to drought sensitive germplasm. The result of planting experiment was consistent with physiological and biochemical analysis. On the other hand, 1 molecular marker related to drought resistance ability was obtained, and its function would be verified in further.【Conclusion】 The evaluation of drought resistance of germplasm resources will provide a basis for further breeding by using germplasm, and molecular marker screening would provide a method for assisted breeding.
