摘  要:【目的】本研究旨在研究湿热环境中不同温度和风速对妊娠母猪的相关生化指标的影响。【方法】本实验选取年龄、体重相近、身体健康的妊娠母猪共20头,饲养于水帘风机猪舍,分别测定不同风速区间、温度中猪只的皮质醇(Cortistatin,CORT),丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA),热应激蛋白70(Heat Shock Protein 70,HSP70)水平。【结果】风速、温度以及二者的互作效应能显著影响妊娠母猪血清中CORT的浓度(P<0.05);血清中MDA和HSP70的浓度受到环境参数的显著影响,当温度超过等热区时,随着温度升高,血清中MDA和HSP70浓度显著升高(P<0.05),风速对这二者的影响不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】该实验结果显示,在我国西南地区,湿热环境会影响猪只体内的生化指标,造成一定的热应激,合理的增强圈舍风速,降低舍内温度能够一定程度的降低妊娠母猪的热应激。【Objective】This study aimed to investigate the effects of different temperatures and wind speeds on biochemical indexes of pregnant sows in hot-humid environment.【Method】In this experiment, 20 healthly pregnant sows with the similar body weight and age were selected;The CORT, MDA and HSP70 levels in pigs at different temperatures and wind speeds were measured.【Result】The temperature, wind speed and their interactions significantly affected the concentration of CORT in the serum of pregnant sows(P<0.05);The concentration of MDA and HSP70 was significantly affected by environmental parameters, as the temperature increased, the concentration of MDA and HSP70 in serum increased significantly, the effect of wind speed on MDA and HSP70 was not significant.【Conclusion】The results indicated that the hot-humid environment could affect the biochemical indexes in pigs and cause heat stress in the southwest of China, and the increase of wind speed and lower temperature could reduce the heat stress of pregnant sows.
