摘 要:为了设计安全可靠、受力合理的系留拉索,文章提出了一种多点式"树状"形式的系留拉索,拉索之间通过金属结构件相连,连接关节可自由活动,能够把系留缆绳的集中大载荷逐级分解为小载荷,安全可靠地传递给囊体,并且能够根据受力方向,适当调整拉索角度,以适应球体姿态的变化。根据拉索的结构形式,给出了拉索设计原则与流程,提出了系留拉索节点空间位置以及在球体上布置方式的确定方法,并依此方法设计了一套系留拉索,应用到某系留气球系统中,囊体和拉索受力均匀,球体系留安全可靠,状态平稳。In order to design safe,reliable and reasonably stressed mooring dragline,a multi-point"tree"form of mooring dragline is proposed in this paper.The draglines are connected with each other through metal structures,and the joints can move freely.The concentrated and large loads of mooring cables can be decomposed into small loads step by step,and the cables can be safely and reliably transferred to the capsule body.The angle of the mooring cables can be adjusted appropriately according to the direction of force.Degree,in order to adapt to changes in the attitude of the sphere.According to the structure form of stay cables,the design principle and flow chart of mooring draglines are given,and the method of determining the space position of tie cables and the arrangement of tie cables on the sphere is put forward.Based on this method,a set of mooring dragline is designed and applied to a tethered balloon.The balloon and mooring draglines are uniformly loaded,the balloon system is safe and reliable,and the state is stable.
