谢春光教授从虚与瘀论治非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变经验

摘　　要：谢春光教授是四川省名中医、博士生导师,从事糖尿病临床与科研工作30余年,对糖尿病及其并发症有独到见解。谢春光教授认为非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的基本病因病机是气阴两虚为本、络脉瘀阻为标,论治以养阴益气活血法为主,遣药参芪复方为基础加减,临证专方专病,灵活加减,取效良好。Professor XIE Chunguang is a famous Chinese medicine practitioner who has been engaged in clinical work for many years and has unique insights into diabetes and its complications.In the treatment of complications,Professor XIE Chunguang believes that the basic etiology and pathogenesis of non-prol i fe rat i ve diabetic retinopathy is Qi and Yin deficiency and collaterals.The treatment method is to nourish Yin and Qi and promote blood circulation.The prescription is added to or subtracted from the Shenfu Compound.Specialized disease and flexible application make the clinical effect better.
